Timeline for the Application Process

December/February

Applications are accepted starting Dec 1, 2025 and will close on February 20, 2026 at noon. We will not accept any late applications.

March

Screening Test date – TBD

  • In-person assessment
  • Reading comprehension texts and Math
  • Approximately 1 hour
  • Picture ID required
  • Pass/fail results will be emailed

April

Students who pass the screening test will be placed in a LOTTERY for the 150 open spots in our programs, 50 per program Health/Advanced Manufacturing/Pre-Education

May

  • Acceptance letters are sent out, as well as those who are waitlisted
  • Mandatory parent-student orientation
  • Health students: Uniform fitting / purchase
  • Five-year commitment contracts signed
  • Online enrollment for high school and college both must be completed

June

All accepted students are REQUIRED to begin using their assigned college email (HAWKMAIL). No personal emails will be acknowledged.

Mid-August

Mandatory freshmen orientation for all incoming programs

  • Team building
  • School schedules
